Heading out on a 6 hr drive right before they closed...our right rear turn signal bulb went out right when we left. First jaunt of our 30 hour move with a fully loaded vehicle. Just need to recognize an outstanding employee. Arron absolutely saved the night and replaced our taillight for us since we didn't have any tools and needed it asap for nighttime road safety. He even selflessly offered to replace the other taillight even though it was minutes from him getting off work. We were so grateful for his help!

(Maplewood location) Came in on a rainy, windy, & sleety evening to get a new windshield wiper or two..another woman was there for the same reason (just with a handful of kiddos in tow as well) Anyways, we were both helped out by a kind young fella named Arron (has a luscious beard). He put on both our windshield wipers and took his time teaching me how to do it myself after I asked him. He spoke to us both with kindness and just seemed genuinely happy to help. Thought his boss(es) should know that his customer service is 100/10馃憤馃憦

I went there to simply buy a low beam bulb for my car. Easton A was the one that helped me, and he acted like he didn鈥檛 want to work there. Instead of walking out and fully assisting me he just sent me to the isle. I know very little about cars, so I was obviously struggling to find the correct bulb, but once I found the bulb he told me, I double checked with him before we checked out, and he confirmed it was correct. Turns out, when I鈥檓 replacing the bulb in the parking lot I grabbed the wrong one. I went back in to return the bulb and get the correct one, Aaron ACTUALLY helped me, and grabbed me the correct bulb. As I was checking out Easton A was blaming me for getting the wrong bulb, even though I had him look at the bulb I grabbed before I purchased it. Super unprofessional, and frustrating. Very annoying this happened while a manager was on duty! Just go to O鈥橰eillys instead!
