I had a black gentleman help me, I believe he was the manager. He did an amazing job getting me everything I needed, knew exactly what he was talking about, and had me out the door with a good attitude in minutes. Warms my heart to see that, I hope he is recognized by the leadership of autozone. Deserves a big raise.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. I had an emergency with my vehicle and was barely able to pull into Autozone. I spoke to Sam. After purchasing a replacement part he helped me for over an hour in the dark in 28°weather to put it on. His help was immeasurable and he truly went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I can't adequately express my gratitude. He is an A+ employee and genuinely a great human being. ☆☆☆☆☆ +

I just want to thank Roger Trainer, a employee of the Canton, Ohio store on Whipple Ave. I needed a battery put in my car this evening around 8 pm. I called the store abd I talked with Roger. I asked if it's to late to buy and battery or to cold now to put it in. I mean the weather is freezing cold at 12 degrees. He said bring it down and he would install it. He got the battery and came out in the freezing cold to install. He also checked the alternator and starter as well. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way being so late and the freezing temperatures. I thank the manager there for him hiring someone like Roger. The entire staff was quite nice. If you want nice and proffessional people, the Autozone in Canton, Ohio on Whipple I highly recommend. Thank you Roger again for helping me in such cold weather and being so late.
