My experience so far is a 10/10. The sale lady, Joanna listen, she was extremely polite and she’s very knowledgeable. The finance guy, Carlos was cool. The service guy, Jacob was quick and attentive. Loved it. (Faster then other dealerships.) I was treated like family.

I felt the reason my truck was in the shop for the second time, dealing with the same issue, was not a good thing. The Service manager did not communicate well with the service technician, because the tech had no idea what the truck was going in for. Aslo, I was supposed to have my truck picked up at my home. While this did happen, they did not bring me anything to drive, so I was stuck and had to rearrange my entire day. Finally, the service tech was somewhat short with me, and it was not until I lost my temper with him, did he straighten up. I believe these folks need some additional training on social skills and sensitivity training.
