easy check-in. The gentleman who checked me in didn't have the iPad to process me...so he took my info and let me be on my way. He was courteous, kind, and professional. They notified me of a recall which was fixed (vehicle performance improvement noted). Service was good and the vehicle was delivered before the promised time (even with the recall repair). Thanks!!

I am pleased with the service provided by my AutoNation representative. I really like how they use text to keep you informed on the progress of the service. It is said that he had to fight with my AutoNation extended warranty provider to get my repair paid for. That is exactly the purpose of having an extended warranty. I will return there to get my next repair but not in a hurry for that!

Had service on my F-150 done the other day. Auto nation picked my trk up and returned it to me the next day. I was unable to drive for the week. Outstanding service,and kept me informed of everything they were doing.Excellent job by all involved

I have never had an experience with an Auto Sales group like I had at AutoNation Ford in Canton. My sales person Josh provided miss information and never followed through on any of the things promised during my purchase. He even accused me of lying. The GM Mark provided no follow up or assistance unless I repeatedly called. He was very rude, condescending, unprofessional and provided misinformation without knowing any details of my sale. He even resorted to texting me for hours always wanting the last word. Very juvenile behavior. VERY IMPORTANT: I would be very careful with the information you provide them as when they delivered my car, the driver wanted me to sign a piece of paper with my name, SS# and DOB written in pen on the paper which is a huge security violation. When I escalated this experience and identity RISK to the GM - Mark he said nothing and never followed through with the rep. who exposed my information. Finally, when I was going through the electronic signature process I had some issues and questions with the paperwork that were not resolved by another manager Josh, and somehow my paperwork was executed and NO follow up or communication from the other Josh. There are plenty of dealers to choose from and I would strongly advise anyone in the market for a car to avoid AutoNation Ford in Canton especially Josh and the GM Mark.
