Normally I have great service from Autozone, but just for 4 spark plugs that they didn't have in stock, the delivered from the HUB and said they would be there same day by 4:30PM. I got busy that night and the next 3 days so no big deal. When I went back to pick them up 4 days after, they only had 3 of them, due to a glitch in the system and the HUB didn't have 4, no big deal, things happen. They found the last one at another location and they told me 1 hour. Go back 2 hours later, and still no spark plug. They should have noticed that 4 were requested and only 3 shipped in the first place and gotten ahead of it before my first arrival, 4 days after I had purchased them. My advice to all, have them call the HUB before you commit. Ridiculous that I have been here twice in one day and not gotten what should have been there 4 days prior. Very dissatisfied right now.

My car battery died in a parking garage. After a jump start, I went directly to autozone. I bought a battery, Ricky H installed it, and I drove home. The whole Autozone process took 20 minutes! Wow!! Many thanks to Ricky H and Autozone!

It’s hot 107 degrees and my car battery just died. Had to jump start the car and drive to autozone to get it replaced. Fortunately they replace the battery and recycle it for you so I don’t have to worry about it. The man replacing the battery got called in as there was a shoplifter but another guy that was off duty offered to finish the job for him, nice guy!
