I am an existing customer and yesterday, I walked to this store from a nearby lot where my car had been stranded for days due to a dead battery. Joel and Gerardo took care of me and it is fair to say both were unafraid to go above and beyond with their customer service solutions. Their "extra-miler" attitude is an attribute to the company's policies to ensure satisfaction and loyalty most likely. I left the shop feeling thankful for their help and with a big smile on my face. Some kid just told me about 30 minutes ago that they don't test batteries here, only charge them. So I had to go to the next store West on Charleston for THEM to do the same job. Do not recommend this store.
