The staff were so nice and accommodating. They didn’t try to oversell, which is a HUGE deal when you’re a single woman. Andrew was phenomenal! He can e out and changed my battery. He was so kind and helpful! This store is amazing!

I will give them a 5-star for being prompt on answering calls and attending to customers but, to an extent. I was informed, on both occasions, that the parts I needed was in-store. However, upon arrival I was told they did not have the parts I needed and i could order them. My complaint is, physically check to see if the parts are avaliable for the customers instead of only looking in the computer system inventory. Communication is key, especially if parts are needed in a timely manner.

I received great service two days in a row when I came in to have my battery checked. Robin was helpful and knowledgeable as she checked my car battery and alternator and professionally explained the situation with my car. Robin did an excellent job and I will definitely be back!

The staff here has always been super knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. A while ago one staff member spent a long time with me trying getting my stuck and corroded battery out and replaced. Always see them outside helping people with their vehicles. They regularly exceed my expectations at this location. Give them all raises!
