I had a nail stuck in my tire while visiting Philly. I passed by this place on the way to my hotel, and decided to give them a call. I pulled up to my appointment the next day and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Both Thomas and Angel were friendly, quick, and professional. They definitely know what they’re doing! It does get fairly busy in there, so your wait time may differ from mine. But, either way I appreciate the fast service and down-to-earth customer service. I dont live in Philly, but I’d recommend this place to anyone in the area. Thanks again Tom, Angel, & Guel for getting me and my car back right.

Really great service. I arrived at at close to pick my car up, it was raining and I had tried to walk in the rain, big mistake. Roman was so nice about it. He got my car, parked it right by the front door, he even suggested I pull a coupon up to save some money on my oil change. I really appreciated him helping me out even though they were closing. I highly recommend this pep boys!

I paid less than $40 for a tire patch and had the car back the next day (I live in the area). Great service and super straightforward process. Just make sure you discuss everything with the representative at the counter as they can be very busy and the phone rings off the hook.

went in for a routine oil change and came out to a massive oil and grease stain on my plastic fender that would not clean off. The associate was rude and dismissive as he told me he'd deal with it. I felt only worse about leaving him to fix the problem they created so now i feel scammed as I'm not even sure the oil change was done because the oil filter is filthy and nothing on the dash was reset. Avoid here at all costs.

Had a really excellent customer service experience at this location on 4/26/25. I had called in the afternoon to see if they could do an oil change same day or if they were too busy, someone told me to bring it in at 5:30 so that's what I did. The manager there said that someone shouldn't have said that because they were really backed up, but that they'd absolutely take care of me since I was told to bring it in. About 40 minutes later I had my car back. This was the best experience I've had at any Pep Boys and will definitely come back to this specific location.
