Have to say I’ve been disappointed every time I’ve got into the store called to check on the availability of a part was told they had multiple in stock just to drive up and find they never had them. The staff is only good for looking up parts the computer. I’d recommend not wasting your time when O’Reillys is just a small driver further down the same street.

The workers here are very nice. I needed my battery charged & system checked after my battery light came on. It was below freezing & the workers let my wife & I stay in the store to keep warm while we waited. I am so appreciative for that. They’re great folks here!

They are very helpful and willing to help you. I am a single woman,as well as my daughter, and they've helped put in a battery, hooked up my water for my windshield. It wasn't working,and they were so kind to take time to fix it. We always go here because of the attention we receive !!

Second auto parts store in one day to pull the Ole bait and switch. Ordered a $134 battery in stock. Paid for it online. Just as I was about there to pick it up, they called and said they couldn't find it. Of course, the next battery was $60 more. I drove 12 miles further than I would've to save some money. That failed and lost my online rewards on top of it.

Great customer service. But I traveled 20 minutes away from that store to save myself 60 dollars for the part I needed.
