I was sold the wrong cabin air filter, but luckily I tried installing it in the parking lot and caught the mistake. I went back inside, and after they found the right one, they asked me to pay an extra $8. I thought that was unfair since it was their error to begin with. After some back-and-forth, I got the correct filter, but the experience left me frustrated—they wouldn’t own up to their mistake.

I’m highly dissatisfied with this store and their service. Ordered a belt on 1/28/25 and had it delivered. I got the belt it wouldn’t fit. So I went to the store in person and there was a fellow way up in age and was very inconsiderate. I ask him I said are u sure this is the belt for my car he says yes I’m sure I said well it’s not even close to fitting so something isn’t right so just give me a refund. I went straight to auto zone and told them what I wanted and he went and got it and this belt was 3 in longer than the one at O’Reilly a. I will never go back to OReilly nor would I send anyone else to the OReilly in Chesnee South Carolina.

I went to the Chensee, SC store today for a starter. I was greatly by a very genuine hello from Cynthia. She helped me get the right part and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. This was an absolute incredible shopping experience from the customer service, to the product, to the price! Thanks
