I can’t thank the Assistant store manager, Evren Gonzalez enough for his great service. I bought a battery charger last April and needed the receipt as it stopped working. Unfortunately, Auto Zone doesn’t keep receipts in their computers passed 6 months on these items. Evren had a great attitude and went out of his way to do research and call corporate then called me back as promised. Unfortunately, again corporate couldn’t provide it either but Evren didn’t give up and was going to talk to the store in Michigan where my son is presently with the product to see if they would accept a transaction number which he had, just not the receipt. Then he said let’s try a “Hail Mary” maybe you kept it in your emails as we send them there too if your signed up. BINGO! It was there. Thanks again Rvren for really caring about your customers.
