Today I came into Auto zone to grab some things for my new purchased truck. As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately. A team member named Jeff helped me out from beginning to finish. He was very polite and patient with me. I wasn’t sure of everything exactly I needed but I explained to him exactly what I was wanting and he helped me so much. He found me great deals and gave me great suggestions on everything. I was able to leave with everything I needed. It didn’t stop there though he even helped me put my seat covers and steering wheel cover on. He helped me open my other items so I wouldn’t cut myself trying to open the hard plastic. He found me the exact charger I was looking for and all types of super cute accessories for my new truck. I reside in Steubenville but I will continue to come to the Wintersville auto zone because you get treated with care and they are patient with you and make sure you leave with everything you need. Jeff you are awesome at your job! I look forward to coming back for my car parts and accessories. I’ll definitely recommend others to come to this exact location. They are awesome!

The customer service of this store in phenomenal. I can’t begin to explain the lengths this team goes for me every time I come in. Nothing but respect. Tonya and Cody on the night shift always come through they’re the muscle. Then Randy and Jeff let me just say they’re the brains of the operation!!!

Needed a new battery and Cody was as helpful as.you can get! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help. He installed the battery quickly and correctly, making sure to save all of my car settings and data. After he finished, we went back inside, and provided the info and cost for an air sensor I had mentioned I plan to change in the near future, making sure to alert me that when I am ready to buy it that it will take one day to arrive. Exemplary!

Always have what I need in stock or is able to get it the next day. Very helpful employees....always shop here for my parts. Also, if you can wait a day for next day shipping they're usually always running a promo code for online shopping. I had to strut assemblies shipped free of charge today and saved $40 on top of that!
