Super nice staff. The manager is direct and to the point which may come off as mean. But They know their parts. I broke down across the street at Arco, the manager tried looking up my warranty. Couldn’t find it. But he still tested the battery. It was dead as a door knob. So he plugged it in to the recharger. Thank God I bought the $219 battery at AutoZone because the battery still worked. It’s a 8mm wrench that you’ll need to remove the the battery! Thank you AutoZone!

Manager refused to return or provide replacement for a faulty and dangerous jack. She was very unnecessarily rude and sarcastic, basically told me to kick rocks lol. Now I'm stuck with a jack that I am not comfortable using.

Today, 10/27/24 I saw an employee helping a woman. I'm so thankful for AutoZone and the people that work there. I will forever recommend this awesome place. We will only use this awesome place. Today, 11/7/22 We saw a employee helping a elderly lady. It was raining like crazy. The lady was standing out of the rain and a employee was putting on windshield wipers, so she could see. I'm so thankful for that employee. What if that was your Mom, Aunty, or Gramma? It was awesome to see. That's why we will always use this AutoZone.💯 They care about their customers. We highly recommend this awesome place and the awesome people that work there.

Absolutely amazing service. I always go to this autozone and the employee are always ready to help. I've been a regular customer here for the past few years and I've never once had trouble with any of the employee. I always go to this store even if its out of my way.
