Jose came to our rescue when we had a flat tire and needed help towing our car to the repair shop. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind and approachable, making the whole experience much less stressful. Not only was he friendly, but he also worked efficiently and with a great sense of professionalism. He quickly secured the car and made sure everything was done safely and smoothly. Once we arrived at the shop that had our new tires, he made sure we were set before leaving. His positive attitude and quick service made a tough situation much easier to handle. We couldn't have asked for better help—definitely a 10/10 experience!

Thank you so much Jose! I was calling every where for a locksmith because I had locked my key fob in the trunk of my car, every where said 2 hours or it was an answering service that wanted pictures of my ID, my license plate, full pictures of my vehicle and I need my car moved ASAP as it was nearing 7:30PM downtown Fresno and his company was closing at 8. Called Jose in hopes he would be able to get my car unlocked becuase it was a tow truck service I wasn’t sure. He came within 5-10 minutes of me calling and got my door open in less than a minute..I was so thankful, he was the sweetest man and the price for it was so much better than the call center. After searching for towing services, I came across Silver Bridge Towing. Pedro assisted me and was a respectful and friendly person. Not only does he offer the best price in town, but he is also fast. He said it would take him 30 minutes to get to me and arrived even sooner.
