I give them amazing. Five stars. I came by the other night around 9:30 -9:40PM and their employee name Richard replaced my battery meanwhile it was a Chrysler so thank you so very much and Besides that anytime I came back multiple times and Richard is welcome to help figure out the issue with my car if the , headlights or even a diagnostic test they do it right away and I hope you get a raise soon because you deserve it

This location has some of the laziest employees ever. Came in today the 28th at 2pm, First there battery tester was “out for the day” and then I’m checking out to buy oil and ask if the guy can look up something else I needed to see if they had it and he says “well I’m already checking you out” so I ask if he can do it after and he says “well I’ll try” with an attitude so I ended up just leaving and going to a different location. And these two guys had the most terrible attitudes, you can get better service at a different location.

We asked him about an oxygen sensor and he said yes he had one and we bought it but we realized he sold us the wrong one but he had already charged for it so we told him we didn't need the wrong one and he got angry and started threatening us for bad service from the staff.

I don't like to give such a low review but this location is deserving of one. I'm regularly spending money at auto parts stores including this AutoZone located on Coors near Rio Bravo. I went in and bought a few things and went to my truck, I went back in to ask the manager for something I needed and I was disregarded due to the fact he was stocking. I was completely ignored, from the moment I walked in. Gregory G. was the attending manager.

This is the second time we have been to this location and the guy at the end of the night, wears glasses, has a long hair with a pony tail has been extremely rude to my husband and I, always makes it like it’s a complete inconvenience to help! This time he got very confrontational with my husband and of course when my husband gave it back to him he started recording! The customer service he provides is terrible!

If you are a mechanic, save your time and don't try to order parts from them. They say itll be in tomorrow, then tomorrow, then tomorrow and never comes in. Kids working there dont know anything and the manager is even worse. Shopped at autozones for all my cars and I'll be sure my family, friends, coworkers and anyone who'll listen won't be spending another dime with them. Especially at this location.
