Marquise does an amazing job for him to be so young you can tell that he has worked around cars or had someone close to him teach him somethings he is very helpful. And their manager Boo is amazing as well their crew is great .

I live in the area and go to the youngstown Poland road store often and I must say I never have a bad experience. Employees are always curtious and helpful on getting me what I need and if they don't have it they find it for me. Great crew

I just wnt to AutoZone to get headlights for my girlfriend's Chrysler 200. In order to replace these headlamps you have to go in through the wheel well in front of the front tires. There's a little black screw that twists so that you can pop the cover off. The screw would not come off no matter what I thought I was going to have to take it somewhere. Then this employee named Marcus getting down on his knees in the snow manages to figure out a hack to replace the headlights without needing to take that cover off. He actually squeezed his hand around the cover and manage to replace the bulbs. You don't get that kind of customer service anywhere normally. Just wanted to say thank you to Marcus and to AutoZone. I won't be going anywhere else to buy anything car related again.

Today I needed a new headlight, so I stopped at AutoZone on Youngstown Poland road and when I say the service I received was exceptional it was just that! Joy the manger and co-worker Marquise help me out by changing my headlight! This is the type of customer service I appreciate! I will continue to go to this Auto Zone as long as Joy is there! Good job you guys for great customer service, I appreciate your help!

Great service! The young gentleman that helped with the battery exchange was excellent! He's definitely a keeper! Very knowledgeable and polite! Update! Back today and Marcus was wonderful with helping us identify and replace another system component with a bad cell! As always, this store is spot on with experience, knowledge, service, and parts!
