So apparently not only Goodyear in Boardman and Harlan's Auto in Canfield are not the only ones ordering parts from Advanced Auto locations in the Youngstown Boardman area who are expecting drivers to go to Advanced Auto and pick up these vital parts to fund their business to Simply decide when they make these delivery orders to say to themselves hey, forget the driver who's bringing this to me, he or she gets nothing, truly unbelievable... nobody nor myself is contracted to work for free, the fact that you fail to realize that just validates everything, bottom line is third party or whoever, needs to show gratuity who is delivering key vital parts to keep their business going, but obviously and apparently nobody cares about the driver or their money, it's highly disrespectful, I will start adding photos from several of my friends who have had experiences to show how your third parties don't appreciate the deliveries with their zero gratuity!!!!!!!!! I am desperately sorry you find this okay. And nobody, nobody is contracted to work for free

Whoever the girl is that answers the phone is very rude she cuts you off when trying to ask a question. They are actually closer to my house but I'll pass the right up and go to AutoZone where the customer service is always better. Do no recommend this location at all. Midlothian Youngstown Ohio near Youngstown Poland Rd. If I could I would give them zero stars.

AVOID this store at all cost! First of all when asking for help guy at the desk became extremely rude and annoyed upon questions. When I asked his name he lied I believe his name is either Don or Derek when I asked his last name to report him he told me to “ mind my business” I am just a local customer trying to find auto parts for my car. So of course I had questions to ensure everything will be okay the more questions I asked the more aggressive he was towards answering. AVOID this place at all cost the only thing you will get out of it is a head ache and a grown adult lying about his name and throwing a temper tantrum like a toddler because he has to answer questions and heaven for bid do his job.

As far as auto stores go, this place is top notch. I have a severe spinal injury and can do very little. I called around for prices before finally calling this store and spoke to Chris. He was the reason I chose this place, it really wasn't price or that it was closer to me. Chris just asked questions about the car and honestly just sounded smarter. When I arrived, I explained my injury and he immediately went to work and got me outta there! I just moved back up here and have never been to that location, now they have a new customer .

I bought a cardone reman steering box that did not turn left and upon returning it I got an extreme attitude from the manager he said he could never sell me any more parts ever again. He also claims no one has ever returned a steering box lol. These units are notorious for being junk you just have to try your luck with them. Unbelievable
