Alexander V was a huge help. Did absolutely amazing helping us tonight. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. He helped tremendously. Very polite respectful and was very knowledgeable. They should definitely give this young man a bonus because he truly was a blessing.

I ordered a cable for my car and they didn’t even give all the pieces and tried to get to still buy it! Are you kidding thanks auto zone for being scum bags and leaving me without a car bc you only sell half the parts. Well we can get it to you in a week? Are you kidding I needed it yesterday and you promised it would here today and when i opened in the store the guy tried to tell me maybe it’s the starter cable? So one you don’t even know anything about what you sold me and two you still try to get me to buy when I told you it won’t start without the proper parts which apparently the other store didn’t put in the bag! To say the least I got scammed and screwed by these people bc the kickers is I can’t even get a refund for a couple days because I took it already so when I go to another auto place that didnt screw me over I couldn’t even buy it bc auto zone still has my money!!!!! Never ever go to this place!

I live in Pennsylvania, I came to Ohio to pick up my child from a senior trip and visit my son and his family. When I arrived at my son's house my vans driver side sliding door was sticking so we put in wd40 and went to close it, not much force was used, and the door fell half way off. We went to auto zone to get the arm part with the rollers that broke off of. They had it in stock! Also worried because it was a Friday night and we knew no mechanics around here the workers there recommended someone who agreed to fix my door! The employees were very friendly and respectful during my mini panic attack, I say mini because they put me right at ease and I was able to calm my mind down before it was unmanageable. Thank you guys so much!! The date I was there was May 17th at 4:00 pm .

Mitch was such a tremendous help. My trailer lights went out while traveling, so we stopped here to try to splice/crimp the wires where they were frayed. Mitch came out to help us in the parking lot after the store was closed. When we couldn't come up with an efficient solution, he suggested to go to a truck stop about 15min away. He then offered to follow us to make sure we got there safely. Good man helping strangers and excellent worker going above and beyond with service. Thank you!
