My name is Amber and I have to say that I had the easiest phone experience ever. Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly, he didn’t make me feel lesser than because I was a woman. He answered my questions (and there was a lot of them) without coming off as exasperated at my ignorance regarding a transmission replacement for my vehicle. He was kind and understood exactly what it was I was trying to convey. Kudos to Auto-zone for their awesome employee,Tim. I was very impressed with Alecia! She was very knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to explain things to me that I didn’t know, and helped me chose the things I needed. I was grateful because my automotive knowledge is very limited. I will say I learned quite a bit from Alecia. After she got me everything I needed this kind woman installed my headlights and windshield wipers (I didn’t ask but I think she knew me doing it would be a disaster). Thank you again Alecia for your advice and saving me so much time. Thanks Caleb for the assist at the end, I appreciate you as well. All the employees I spoke with today were great. I’ll definitely continue to give you my business.

Phillip Lee, from the Murray store, was working at the Benton location and waited on me. He took the time to see what was wrong with my stupid Jeep. He changed out my battery, which is under the seat and not an easy task. He was very nice and extremely helpful with my Jeep. You have a fantastic employee in Mr. Lee.

Some of the people are decent at these places some of these people are not some of these people. Aren't you lazy to go out and help you fix up when you car cause? They made the log now so uh tired that the cat go out doing and make it help you so that it screws the customer where they can't. Do it because he can't afford to pay him again and she's just something simple. That they used to be able to do and camp they're basically all the while I'll do it. How can you talk a computer tell it what you could do? I throw all my battery in and that's everything so they're not worth going to the puts up and have to buy the part it might as well. Just pay somebody a fortune. I understand that doctor paychecks or but does not mean that the bad company should do that. That's what they got insurance for I don't get me going either more audit cause. I don't have much nice things to say about the rules of regulations they have. I don't know anyone but one that's ify Set a loud on your points to roll over and build-up etiquette one. I take play once a year so that every 2 weeks. I didn't take their breaking points away that they're supposed her a** when they should be able to roll it over and over to the already to be. Able to get the part they need if you're especially it's concluded or low income. I think sometimes your quality is kind of if you don't lie so long. To be a decent price for long drive ready white. A wife cost 25? Dollars. What? It actually deckley was a cheaper one to save probably quality same functit's just $5 to $10 difference.
