The parts people in this store have NO BUSINESS working in the parts counter. As a local mechanic in this area, I have issues daily with them. Consistently getting wrong parts, or worse I can give them a part number, and still get wrong part or nothing at all. They Consistently drop the ball on placing orders. Time to go elsewhere.

Got to give it to the employment team that makes up the Benton store location. Above all in knowledge, both men and wemon, this store has got someone who is ready to help diagnose and identify problems. Locate parts , tools, and the information on "how to." Or just advise you on the best place you can go for your particular situation or need.

It's a parts store. So if I'm there, something's probably already wrong. To add to the frustration of working on my car, the staff is always so hit or miss - they are either very knowledgeable and helpful or don't have a clue what they're doing and sell you the wrong part - TWICE. I recommend checking to make sure you have the right parts before you leave the parking lot.
