AUTOZONE 6950 Customer Reviews

No one here seems to know what they're doing. Brought in a motorcycle battery to be tested (bought a used bike). Some kid took it in, said he would hook it up overnight to the small powersport tester. Didn't take in any info. I come back next day & they can't find my battery. Then I find it hooked up to a car tester. I get annoyed at this. Especially when it turns out that now the battery is completely dead. Won't take a charge at all suddenly. None of the workers know why. I ask for someone higher up, they refuse. I leave, call the district manager, & he calls to the store. Turns out the store manager has no idea what had happened. But then the district manager insists that the big chargers are fine for my bike battery. That I can get a small discount on a new battery but that they did nothing wrong. I decided to buy a new battery from somewhere else because I refuse to trust even the smallest thing to this butcher shop pretending to be an auto store. They're only a few blocks away from me & I now refuse to pop in even for needed items. I prefer going somewhere else farther away. They are that untrustworthy. No one at this AutoZone knows the slightest thing about anything auto related or customer service.
