HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Came in because I scratched the side of my car and had to fix the paint and part. The owner Patro did such a good job and at a very low price! Manager Micheal helped translate and assist too very nice employees! I could not believe that my car looked even better than when I first got it. They matched the paint so perfectly I almost cried.

Buyer Beware! Took in my car to repair the sensor being dislodged due to a minor accident (the grill was also broken) as well as some paint scratches. When i came to pick up the car, my car sensor indicator said there was a car sensor error. I asked one of the service folks there (the mechanic maybe? not sure) and he shrugged saying he didn't know how to fix it. I thought it might just be a reset i had to do and then went home. After realizing i couldn't reset it, i messaged the manager (Michael) and send him pictures (this was on a thursday) and he didn't respond till the following monday! The car's sensors weren't working when they were before we took them in there and he felt no responsibility to respond for 3-4 days. I told him that i thought it was a reset but i couldn't figure out how to reset it and indicated that i thought now that it was an issue caused by the service since they were working before i went in there to the body shop. He told me to "Google it". I ended up taking this into my Nissan dealer where they had to reattach the front sensor - the very one which was dislodged that the auto-body shop people didn't bother to reattach correctly. I had to pay $185 for this. When i told this to the manager as the Nissan dealer said this should have been dealt with by the auto-body shop, he went on to make me feel like it was my fault for not bringing the car back in (even though he dismissed me when i had reached out). I will not come back here again!

I took in my car for a collision, when i came back to pick it up i noticed cuts on my dashboard, they also dented my right fender where the new door was being put on and scraped the paint off. also where the guy was welding the sparks made rock chips on the rear right fender( i know it was the welder because they didnt cover the paint job)

Michael Harper is the best customer service Manager! I will recommend him and his shop to everyone. They do quality work and pay attention to the finest details. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
