Will never take my car anywhere else!! Ron and his guys are the best!! I recommend everyone I know that's looking for a repair shop to go to them! Can't say enough to how happy I am with them! Got my car there with them right now and not worried about a thing! Thanks guys!!

The lack of communication here is horrible. I spoke to the owner Ron on Friday to get my car serviced. Ron told me to bring in my car earlier Monday morning. I decided to drop off my car off Sunday evening so Ron could have it there ready to be serviced early Monday morning. By Monday afternoon around 3:00 p.m. I called to check to see what was going on with my car. I spoke to Ron again, and he said he would call me back and let me know as soon as he had a chance to look at my car. I never heard from Ron later that day. Late Tuesday afternoon, I called again, and Ron told me he still didn't have a chance to look at it. I can't afford to pay $40 for a one-way trip from an Uber to get back and forth to work. I would rather use that money to pay towards my own transportation to get fixed instead of an Uber. Wensday afternoon around 4 p.m. Ron finally calls me to tell me it's a sensor that needs to be replaced but it still won't be ready until Thursday 🙄 I explained to Ron on Friday morning that I needed my car. It's the only transportation I have Ron assured me my car would be done by Monday afternoon, and of course, it was not. Yes, Ron is an honest mechanic, and he doesn't try to nickel and dime... but unfortunately, the downside is that you never know when your vehicle will be ready.

I got a flat tire on the highway on my way to Michigan. I went in and spoke to Gary and he came out and took a look at my car as soon as I got there. He helped me put on the spare and load up the tire into my car, and refused any payment. I was able to make it home because of him! So grateful for his help and I would trust him with any future collision issues in the future. 10/10 customer service.
