I went today 5/13 for battery and oil change. Both the advisor Jim Smith & technician Adrian Lala did an excellent job & quick services. They aimed for safety of all clients w/ multi-point checks and video report from Technician. Price is above average but workmanship & all parts are reliable. They are great guys too and knows works very well. I appreciate their teamwork on how to serve their clients’ needs despite of the busy day. They both deserved to be promoted with salary wage increase. The managers supervisors must also be thankful & proud of them. AutoNation Toyota Hayward in 24773 Mission Blvd Hayward CA 94544, has maintained the 5-star and efficient quality of work service by all staffs. Their waiting area & lobby has TV and clean coffee area. I consider this service center the best with fastest service ever in the whole Bay area and Northern CA. I will see them again after 6 mos. Im Thankful to all of you guys.

I would to surjection to people not to go this showroom they are sale service to poor and treat the people to poor.. I will never ever to tell all my friend to not visit this store for buying or seeking the car

Extremely unprofessional. My husband had an appointment here at 9a today and they never showed up. He called me upset. They told him to come back at noon and he was willing to do so. Criticized his driving while on the test drive. Ramin(?) Was pushy and rude towards my husband and made him uncomfortable, didn't even enjoy the test drive. Salesman even had the audacity to ask him why he was bothering to buy when we are still exploring who's credit is better to do the sale under. Not polished or professional in any way shape or form. Not comfortable buying from garbage salesman or anyone at this location. Buyers beware!

It’s over 6months I order parts from this location. My order got messed up and I was double charged. 1st time I paid cash, but the 2nd time after the staff there @ parts sorted the wrong items the had me pay the 2nd time with my cc. They said I’ll receive my refund for my cash payment by check in the mail. It’s been more than 6 months and I haven’t gotten my refund. Have met the the parts supervisor more than 5 times and have called more than a dozen times, still, I’ve been given all the spins and excuses in the world. They keep dodging the ball and blaming there Texas office for refunds. It’s a very horrible deflating experience with this location.

I hate this parts store. I hatd to order a part and come back the next day. Then they sold me the wrong part i had to go back then the person at counter just stood up and left without saying a word. Don't ever transact business with them.
