I came in for a diagnostic and was treated terribly. Robert tried to upcharge me by at least 400% and, if I hadn’t mentioned my warranty for the diesel issue, I would’ve been ripped off even further. As a 19-year-old girl, I felt completely disrespected. Despite claiming to be experienced, he clearly didn’t know what he was doing and acted unprofessional throughout. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced—avoid Volkswagen of Hayward and Robert at all costs.
