Automasters Automotive Introduce

Automasters Automotive, situated at 311 S Main St, Kendallville, IN 46755, USA, operates as an "Auto Repair Station" within the local community, providing services related to vehicle diagnostics and repair. As a conventional auto repair shop, its primary function is to diagnose and rectify issues with a variety of vehicles, catering to the needs of local residents seeking professional automotive maintenance and repair.

The environment of Automasters Automotive, consistent with most "Auto Repair Stations," would typically include a physical garage or workshop equipped for vehicle service. This would likely feature multiple service bays, lifts for vehicle access, and specialized tools and diagnostic equipment necessary for modern automotive repair. A reception area would be present for customer interactions, where vehicles are dropped off and picked up, and where service advisors discuss issues and provide estimates. There might also be a waiting area for customers who choose to wait while minor services are performed. The address on S Main St suggests a location that is generally accessible within the Kendallville area, possibly along a main thoroughfare, making it relatively easy for customers to find and navigate to the facility.

The services provided by Automasters Automotive would encompass a standard range of automotive repair and maintenance tasks. Based on the customer reviews, one explicit service offered is vehicle diagnostics, where they charge a fee to identify the cause of illuminated warning lights or other vehicle malfunctions. Beyond diagnostics, it is reasonable to infer that, like other auto repair stations, they would offer a comprehensive suite of services. These commonly include, but are not limited to, general engine repair, brake services (pads, rotors, calipers, fluid), suspension and steering repairs, air conditioning service, exhaust system repairs, transmission services, and routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid flushes. The aim of such a shop is to address various mechanical and electrical issues that vehicles may experience, ensuring they are roadworthy and performing optimally.

Regarding the features of Automasters Automotive, a key aspect of any auto repair shop is its diagnostic capability, as evidenced by the explicit mention of a diagnostic service. Ideally, this feature would lead to accurate problem identification and effective repairs. The availability of a physical location, as implied by the address, means customers can bring their vehicles directly to the shop for service. The ability to handle various vehicle codes and mechanical problems would be a core feature for any general automotive repair center. However, it is crucial to present a balanced view, and based on the provided customer feedback, there are significant concerns regarding the effectiveness of their diagnostic services and the overall quality of repairs. One customer reported paying for diagnostics only for the codes to reappear shortly after, while another expressed dissatisfaction with vehicles still being broken after service. These reviews suggest that while the services are offered, the features related to reliability and customer satisfaction have been problematic for some patrons.

In terms of promotional information, like any business, Automasters Automotive would likely aim to attract customers through various channels. Historically, auto repair shops often rely on local advertising, such as print ads in community newspapers, yellow page listings (though less common now), and local radio spots. In the current digital age, an online presence through a website, social media, and listings on platforms like Google Maps or Yelp would be standard for customer outreach. However, it is imperative to address the nature of the provided customer reviews when discussing promotional aspects. For a business with negative public feedback, the reviews themselves become a significant part of the available "information." The phone numbers, (260) 349-1908 and +1 260-349-1908, would be the primary contact points for scheduling appointments or inquiring about services. Any promotional efforts by Automasters Automotive would need to contend with the existing public perception. Ideally, a business would use positive testimonials, special offers (e.g., discounts on diagnostics or routine maintenance), and clear communication about their expertise to attract customers. However, the current public feedback suggests that potential customers would be well-advised to conduct thorough due diligence, including checking recent reviews, before committing to services, as the provided testimonials highlight a significant disconnect between customer expectations and service delivery.

In conclusion, Automasters Automotive at 311 S Main St, Kendallville, IN, functions as a conventional "Auto Repair Station" offering diagnostic services and a presumed range of general automotive repairs. Its environment is that of a typical garage facility. While it aims to provide essential vehicle maintenance and repair, the available customer reviews raise substantial concerns about the effectiveness of its diagnostics and the overall quality of repairs, with multiple reports of vehicles returning still broken or codes reappearing quickly after service. These negative experiences suggest that potential customers should proceed with caution and seek recent, varied opinions before engaging with Automasters Automotive for their vehicle repair needs.

Automasters Automotive Customer Reviews

I dropped vehicle off for diagnostics of codes. They carged 125.00. and two miles from home the codes came back. Worst shop in Kendallville!!! Beware.

Probably the worst auto shop I've ever been to in my life. I've heard so many awful stories and have a few of my own after years of my family dealing with these con men. Long story short. Don't be surprised when you get your car back and it's still broken.

Recently had to take my 2017 dodge rebel in to diagnose a cam sensor issue. The original diagnostic and fix were fast and affordable. Unfortunately a few days later my motor suffered a catastrophic failure which was unrelated to the original issue. Automasters (Chris especially) did a great job of explaining everything and giving me several options when it came to this specific issue. In the end Chris was able to find a remanufactured motor and the mechanics got me all taken care of. Longest part was waiting for the motor to be delivered. Throughout this experience I never had the thought or feeling that I was being taken advantage of which is very valuable to me as a customer. I highly recommend automasters to anyone that has vehicle maintenance needs.

Noble County Tire recommended I come here to fix an oil leak, which was coming from the nut in the oil pan. They wanted to steam clean my engine, have me drive around, and come back when I already knew what the problem was. I went somewhere else, where they fixed the problem in less than two hours for $80.
