We thought my vehicle just needed a fuel pump. But after a thorough check; there was a wiring problem causing the fuel pump not to work properly. Mr. Jimmy gave us our options to fix the problem and an estimate that was very accurate in the end. He took the time to thoroughly check the vehicle and stayed in constant contact with us each step of the way. He never did anything to the car without asking us first which kept us from incurring unnecessary costs. It took a couple of weeks, but this was during the winter storm when most businesses were shut down. Mr. Jimmy (the owner) is a honest, hardworking, salt of the earth kind of guy. I appreciate his work. We went back a week later for brakes. As of March 15th , my car is back at Auto Rama with the same problem that was supposedly fixed. Im hoping for the best. May 6th: It turned out that I received a faulty fuel pump that was under warranty. So Mr. Jimmy had the company send another at my request. It took the company a week to send it. But when it came in, my car was ready the same day! It runs perfectly! Thanks again for your service!

My dad is a firm beleiver in black businesses. BUT HOW DO YOU TAKE 2 VEHICLES THERE AND THEY GET RUINED??? 1ST his 01 Lexus they ruined the transmission changing the fluid then almost cost us an engine for our truck by putting PVC in line to make a tap for the heater core AFTER WE SUPPLIED THE WATER PUMP WITH HEATER SPOUT!!. I'm on the side of the road fixing yet another one of their mistakes. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHI G HERE EVER!!!!
