I'm giving one star because the lady that I dealt with was very professional and put a battery in my key and didn't even charge me and was so very kind to me. Then there is Walt, the man who I spoke with to get my car fixed. He said he would send me an estimate, and when I called the next day to set up an appointment to get my car in he was beyond cruel to me. He said these were aftermarket prices and they weren't even Mazda parts for my car. I asked when I could get my car in and he said "I don't think you get it," "I don't believe you would be happy with our work and would find something wrong with it so go get another estimate!" I have never felt so hurt when I trusted him to fix my car. I said I don't understand when can I get my car in, and again he said you don't get it I'm going to repeat it a second time, go get another estimate I don't want to work on your car. He was beyond cruel, and very rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate to me. I've never been so hurt by somebody treating me this way with my car. I did trust them to fix it after seeing the estimate and he refused me. I got off the phone and was just in pure shock. His daughter Kate was wonderful and I thank her with all my heart for her kindness, but I've never been so hurt by a man thinking he could talk to a woman the way he did.

Extremely pleased with the collision repair of my car. Professional, reasonably priced and worked well with my insurance company. The paint was perfectly matched and there was no evidence that any damage was done to the car. Walter is a pleasure to discuss issues with and is forthright and reasonable. The employees did an outstanding job and I did not experience any negative situations or problems. Job was completed in less than a week and drop off vehicle availability is provided for convenience.I would highly recommend Auto Emporium for collision repair and would definitely use them again. Thank you everyone for a job well done from a highly satisfied customer.

I needed a basic service and spark plugs replaced on my car. Was able to get the car in the shop in a few days and once it was in, the work was done within a few hours! The receptionist was really helpful and made sure to explain all the costs before I paid for anything. Everything was smooth, easy, and quick and everyone I interacted with was great

I have 2012 Acura TL that I bought new in 2012, in have had this fantastically reliable car for 12 years, zero mechanical failures. So, I have had zero experience with an auto repair shop, aside from Acura with periodic MX. I was definitely skeptical about any repair company as it has been close to 15 years since I've been to one. All that said, my alternator began to fail, so I took the TL to Auto Emporium based on customer reviews from multiple sources. They correctly diagnosed my issue, and bright my attention to the fact that my timing bent and water pump were also failing. I assumed as based on the car's age, however I approved both repairs, which considering the amount is work involved, was not cheap. Regardless, they jumped on it quick, communicated within a couple hours dropping it off, and had it done the following morning by 10am. Bottom line, it's nice to know there is a repair shop close to home in Hilliard that is trustworthy. I hope I never have to go back, but if my TL decides otherwise I know exactly where I'm taking her! Thanks!

Oil pressure sense on a Ford is a pain. I called set an appointment for a Friday, drop it off on Thursday night. Got a call Friday early afternoon saying it's ready. No more trouble. Thanks guys.
