So happy with our experience with the Auto Care East team! This was our first time using this shop and we needed a quick appointment & turnaround on standard maintenance and new tires and they happily accommodated us the next day! When I picked up the car I noticed they also cleaned the inside and outside - so nice that they went the extra mile. Will gladly use them again!

Thank you to the team at Auto Care East. My car got a bad ding in our neighborhood garage and Auto Care East removed the dent and repainted the quarter panel with perfection. I know it's NYC and service can be impersonal, yet Mary was kind and professional when I first called and when I arrived. She called me when my car was ready for pick up as promised. I was very surprised to find the car spotless inside and out, washed and looking like brand new, which was relief with Covid still an issue (interior was sanitized).Thank you so much. I would suggest taking your car to this garage. No, it wasn't close but it was worth the Uber trips to get these dents removed, repaired and repainted.

Just three weeks fresh in Manhattan from across the country and, while innocently standing next to my parked swung-open driver's side door, had a "delightful" fuhgedaaboudit moment: delivery truck near rips off the door. Two frustrating hours later I'm hearing options. "2500, at least, to do it right." (A 2009 Yaris with 225K? That's pricey.) Well, manager Antonio saw the look on my face, got a thick jamb of wood and ginormous screwdriver, wedged the tree while repeatedly pushing the door, then "flexed" it back and forth from up top, finishing with opening the fender just enough for clearance. Voila. Nine minutes to perfection. For free! (Made him take the Ben Franklin.) So one lousy, frustrating Nu Yawk morning turned into California sunshine, thanks to Antonio and Mo, the gentlemen of 94th. Beyond recommended. Thanks again, guys! Scott
