we have had the unfortunate experience to deal with auto boss. The heavyset woman at the front was very rude. I was told to bring in the car at 9 AM and I could have it out by 1 PM. However, the car wasn't ready that day or the next day when I came to pick up the car there was nobody around. I was asked to leave the garage. These are not nice people. Unfortunately I have a BMW and my automotive mechanic shop referred me to them to do some specialty work. I would never ever work with these people again. This was a horrible experience. DO NOT BRING UR CAR HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Great mechanics. Brought my car in to get the brakes changed and to check out my AC unit. They had my car ready in a few hours, calling me throughout the day, letting me know what they were doing to my car and reporting any issues to me. They are a little pricey, but they are worth it. They are honest people here.

I cannot have higher praise for a business than i have for auto boss. Short version, we had electrical issues with my car. The dealer looked into it and said it would be $20,000 to fix. I brought the car to Phil at auto boss, after another previous positive interaction with him and the company. They did the same job for $5,000. That's a $15,000 savings!! The work was perfect, another dealership inspected it afterwards, the pricing was fair, the service was super fast. These are simply good people, who charge a fair price and are VERY good at what they do.
