Got scammed for torn windshield wiper blades. I took my car in for an annual inspection and they refused to pass the inspection due to a 2 inch torn wiper rubber. Pass or fail I would still have to pay the $37 inspection fee. I was in a catch-22 situation so I had to pay an additional $57 for wiper blades replacement in order to pass inspection. BTW my wiper blades were perfectly fine before going in. My wife and I would definitely noticed a 2 inch torn rubber blade. They're disgusting crooks!! Please avoid this place. I wonder how many other people they scammed for other much more expensive unnecessary repairs.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Meineke location. It was a small mechanic shop but the service was fast and efficient. I got a car oil change there and my car was driving stronger and smoother after that. This location is a bit far for me but the quality of service makes it worth the while for me to go to Brooklyn and have my car oil changed there again. The pricing was also fair.

Just another cheating auto shop Brought my car in for NY state safety inspection. Come back in 30 mins and they tell me I need new wipers for $40 or else they fail inspection. So I paid. But I had 2 mos old Bosch wipers that were great. They didn't even return my existing wipers. And windshield wipers they did put on are absolute trash and wore out after 6 mos So $37 inspection ended up as $77 with obvious lie about windshield wipers. Avoid this place

Extremely Disappointing Service I went to Meineke for a simple oil change, but it quickly turned into an upsell nightmare with overpriced repairs. Reluctantly, I paid to get my car back as soon as possible. Within days, the airbag light came on despite no incidents. When I returned to have it checked, they demanded $100 just to look at the issue, plus further charges. The dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place if you value honest service and customer care.

Brian and the Meineke team did a great job in getting my repairs done in a timely manner. I made a morning appointment for my service and the work was complete by 1pm same day. Very professional and thorough.

I was able to make an appointment the same day I needed the service. Free quote turned into my problems with my exhaust being taken care of a long with an oil change and inspection. Fresh cold water, coffee and a working bathroom was a nice waiting area with other deli's near by. The owner was genuine and even pointed out the problems.

Best shop in the area. Quick honest and trustworthy. They will tell you what you need not what they want your to need. Don’t get robbed trusting your car to these scam shops out there that keep your car til the next day for an oil change

I am satisfied with my visit to Meineke Car center in Coney Island. The service is friendly and competent, especially the lady at the front desk who was very nice and helpful. I have been a customer of Meineke Car center in Coney Island for several years and will definitely continue to be and recommend to anyone who needs service for their car.

Although I found the experience pleasant enough, after having my rear brakes replaced, I'm hearing a clicking noise now coming from the rear. Of course I don't know why. So now I have to find time to go back. The employees are nice and very professional. I hope they can help me.
