Auto Body of Escondido

I recently had my late-model BMW M550 repaired at Auto Body of Escondido after some minor scratches on the front bumper from a low-speed parking lot bump. I was impressed by how seamlessly they fixed the damage, used OEM parts and even went the extra mile by cleaning up the underside from some parking barrier scrapes. While the repairs took a few extra days than I initially expected, Tom and Joel in the office made all the difference. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure my car was returned in excellent condition. Absolutely amazing work! These guys fixed my Tesla up after a fender bender and it looks better than when I got it! Customer service was great and everyone was extremely professional. Best auto repair experience I've ever had!

He helped me order the necessary part for my car and took the time to explain everything clearly when we went outside to check the part that needed fixing. His patience in answering all my questions made me feel confident in what I was paying for. Once the parts arrived, Corbin stepped in and efficiently finalized everything, ensuring the new fender was properly installed. Mike and Karen there gave me great customer service and made the repair and all of the claim processing smoothly with my insurance. The job of the repair made my car looking it was a new car again. Mike was very professional and kept in great contact with me during the repair process. I will definitely use them again if I ever need any other body repairs.

Corbin was a huge help when it came to the repair process of my vehicle from collision incident. I greatly appreciate the effort he put into searching for quality parts at fair prices and working with my insurance to get much of it covered by them while lowering my final invoice. He was very professional with the weekly update and resourceful when guiding through tougher decisions of the repair process. I would come here again if I got into another fender bender.
