After calling different shops I ended going with All German Auto. Dan mentioned their mechanics used to work for MB. Glad I brought my car here for A5 service, cost less than the dealership. Friendly staff and very clean shop. When I picked up my car it was washed and all the rims were shiny. Happy with the service!

Great experience! I showed up at the wrong location but they were still able to get me in right away. Decently priced for what my car needs. I have an Audi S5 which can be pretty expensive to get maintenance done. I’ll be going back to them for future maintenance. The guy working the front was cool and easy to communicate to. They have coffee, sodas, and a big screen tv 🤌

I took my mercedes e350 coupe to All German Auto for driver side low beam head light replacement. This is not a easy job. I spoke with Dan on the phone prior to going there and he was very professional and said they can handle it same day at a very fair price, so I took my car there and was very pleased from start to finish. I will be having all my future maintenance done at All German Auto. Highly recommend. Thanks Bill for your professionalism

This is a great shop. I took my GTI here for some routine maintenance as well as having them look at a couple of issues. I was very specific about the maintenance items I wanted (transmission service and spark plugs) and they didn't try to upsell me on anything else (air filters, cabin filter, etc.) like a dealership would, which I really appreciated. They even agreed to install the spark plugs that I had already bought thinking I would do it myself, which impressed me because some shops won't do that so that they can get the markup on their parts. I confirmed later that they only charged me for labor on the plugs. They said they were fairly busy but still called me toward the end of business hours that day to let me know that they had diagnosed the issues and gave me an estimate before starting the non-maintenance work. They got the work done promptly the next day. Due to my schedule, I couldn't pick the car up for another two days and they were flexible with no issues. When I picked the car up, they took care of me promptly with no wait. I noticed that they not only washed the car (which you'd expect from a good shop), but also vacuumed the interior very nicely, which really surprised and impressed me. I believe they offer a shuttle, as well as loaners, but I did not use either, so I can't comment on those. Overall, I was very impressed with this shop and will definitely be returning for anything I'm not able or willing to do myself.

I’ve used All German to maintain my BMW’s, Audi and VW’s for nearly 20 years and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Dan, my advisor, is great and keeps me informed and updated on the car’s progress and I’ve never had a problem. I highly recommend this shop.
