I have a 2011 Ford E350 . The a/c kept cutting out everytime I accelerated or needed to give the van more power to climb inclines on the freeway. I had taken it to Team for about 2 years ago and spent way too much money. after a month it started failing again . I don't really think they fixed it just put a band aid on it. I didn't want to take it back to them . I drove it that way for another 2 years and decided to have someone else check it. I looked for someone that focuses on car a/c's and found Auto Air & More. They fixed it completely . They only had my van for a few hours and the price was way way less than what the dealer charged me . I was happy with the work and with the staff. This repair shop was recommended to us since they are one of the few that can recharge freon in a 2018 CRV and it was a great experience! David was super helpful, friendly and communicative. We had initially taken our car to Honda to see what they had to say and they wanted $2700 to just fix the condenser. We took it here to get another opinion and not only was it $700 less than Honda, they replaced more faulty parts in the car connected with the AC. Base on information we've read about 2017/2018 Honda AC's, it was only a matter of time before these parts broke so we were glad to replace them and still save money. I now have nice cold AC in my car just in time for summer. Thank you!

These guys were recommended to me after the Gaudin Ford Dealer wanted 1,600.00 to fix a problem I knew wasn’t the whole issue. These guys booked me an appointment a week or so out, got the car fixed for a 1/4 of the cost, it was a missing screw & life is beautiful once again. Can’t say enough GOOD stuff about these guys. Honest , hardworking & reliable I will never go anywhere else from now on.

I called a few hours ago to see about getting AC installed on my truck. Whoever answered said it would be 3 to 4 thousand dollars and then went on to say they are not doing installs in the summer. He asked why I didn't have it fixed in the winter or people need to do that in the winter. I have not had AC in my truck for years and I am going to be out in the heat that I didn't anticipate. Very bizarre comments, apart from the price, I would not use anyone who said that. The name of their biz is installing AC. That makes it ever more weird. This is something a backyard mechanic would say, maybe someone who tinkers on cars on his days off and not a biz that does specializes. * I edit my rating higher based on the owners reply. This is true they hate to hire unqualified people that is a virtue. I just don't trust mechanics or anyone. Sounds legit though.

I have known of Auto Air and More for almost 30 years. Finally had the opportunity to become a customer. Very satisfied. So much so that I brought my son's truck the next week and they knocked it out of the park there too. I will be back!

Initially went to another shop prior to stopping here, didn’t feel right just waiting around and all bays were full. I decided to stop by here and get my A/C assessed to see what needed to be done. David welcomed me in and Tom did a visual inspection in the engine bay. He walked me through what he saw and recommended what would be best. The truck was worked on the same day. It depends on the availability so best to schedule in advance if anything. I was quoted a price, the parts, and the labor that was more than reasonable. Further diagnostic was examined to let me know if anything else needed to be fixed, so no hidden costs. Great shop, solid communication, no BS. I’ll be back for additional services. A/C is running cold again.
