Audi Greenville Service Center

Went to Audi Greenville and was helped by Dennis. He was completely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Tyler the sales manager introduced himself and was a pleasure to speak with as well. Unfortunately I wasn’t sure so I left to keep browsing options. After a while of looking around my search brought me back, and Dennis remembered me. He was just as friendly and enthusiastic and not in a high pressure way. After going through some paperwork, I was introduced to Don their finance manager. He also was very enthusiastic and helpful. I got fantastic service from everyone I encountered and it seems like a high chemistry team there, which I always appreciate. I’m very happy with my experience and know that I both got the perfect vehicle for me and that it’s warrantied by a team I can trust.

Great experience ever! I had the pleasure of working with Don on the sales side with Audi. He was very easy to work with, people person, very respectful, awesome customer service and very professional. He allowed me to test drive and keep the vehicle over night. He was very educational with the whole process with speaking with my husband and myself. He did not pressure me. Gave me several options and explained each thoroughly. I could not say no to wanting the car. He had gotten info from me the day before and once I called the next day and said yes he started working quickly and once I got there everything moved along pretty smoothly. He even set up the entire car with phone, remote apps, AUDI apps, etc. Moved everything from old vehicle to new. The entire staff was nice and offered snacks, water, sodas, etc. Another sales guy just came over and brought us chocolate. I was then introduced to Gab and he was very professional when walking me through the financial side and documents. Was very thorough and moved pretty quickly. I will continue to buy all my cars here and will refer others. It was the best experience ever!

Audi of Greenville exceeded my expectations! While they initially couldn’t fit me in for an expedited diagnostic, they quickly adjusted their schedule based on loaner car availability. The staff was incredibly friendly, kept me informed throughout the process, and had my car back to me within a day—even with the New Year’s holiday. The general manager went above and beyond, riding with me to hear the noise firsthand and ensuring the technician had clear direction for the diagnosis. Exceptional service and attention to detail

Purchased my Q5 from Audi Greenville and have had the opportunity to use their service dept several times over the years for routine service. These guys are great! Always greeted quickly, friendly and professional, with excellent service from everyone. Service is explained fully in layman’s terms and options presented when possible. I feel confident in the work performed and will continue to use Audi GVL!
