This is a rockstar service center! In every way - from service to price to workmanship. In fact, it has been decades since I experienced anything like Ardsley Tire & Auto Repair. Friendly, a facility that's clean and pleasant. Work rates are reasonable and posted in plain view. About prices: Forget the "discount" tire stores. They advertise a price not including all the add-ons. (Whaddya gonna do, mount them yourself?) By the time you're done, the tires are much more expensive than advertised. I went in for a repair and ended up buying a set of tires at a price that was about the same as the discounters. As a bonus I got quick service and zero hassle. The A+ experience started with the first phone call. A bright, cheerful young woman answered and gave the details I needed. The young man who owns the business was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. They got the work done when they said they would. I've lived in Ardsley 20 years and had barely a dim awareness this place was even here. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS. These young folks care about delivering service, quality, and customer respect at a great price. A rare thing!

They are efficient. They estimate the timeframe to do the job accurately. They do honest work. Others referred me here, and I've been happy each time I've needed something. They don't upsell.

Flat tires are always a surprise, but especially so when it occurs a few hours before the family’s aiming to depart for the beach. Typically that’s no good, but with these guys on the team, it was noooo problem. They quickly ordered up our tire, were transparent about the likelihood of it arriving on time, and kept in touch. They even had it swapped out before the originally estimated time — unreal! I’m very excited to have found my new tire shop. You can’t go wrong here. Great shop.

This brief experience was terrible. I walked in, the clerk just looks at me, so I say "Hello." He quips, "Hey." as if I'm the worker and he's the customer. He doesn't ask how he can help me, he just stares - so, I already knew what he was doing. So, I asked him if anyone was available to do a basic oil change. He says, "No." I knew he was refusing to service me because I'm a Black. So, I just say "Okay." He goes, "We're backed up today, we can't." There wasn't a SINGLE soul in the waiting room. There wasn't a SINGLE car in their open garage - NOT ONE! But, in true racist fashion, his behavior defied all reason and logic. The goal of a business is to turn a profit. He would rather deny me service because I'm Black. He didn't suggest, "Oh, if you come back at such and such time tomorrow we can help you." - NOTHING. This behavior was purposefully insulting and disrespectful. In short, if you're African-American, or any person interested in fairness, equality and justice don't come here.
