I swear I normally don't write reviews so believe me when I say I didn't regret choosing APA to help me with my door window. Awesome mechanic. Very considerate and friendly. Fair price. He even helped me with not losing my front end! Unfortunately, there wasn't a waiting area there, so keep that in mind. All in all, I hope more people will give this place a chance.

*No option for zero stars, meant to give zero stars. 1) I found out yesterday from an honest mechanic that APA Arizona Pure Auto broke my hood handle (and didn't tell me). See photo where they state this on the invoice from current mechanic. 2) During the service I requested from APA AZ Pure Auto where my hood handle was broken, the person (owner?) was planning to leave my car at his shop with the key inside (it won't lock this way) because he wouldn't wait until 3pm when he said I could pick it up. I did not give him permission to leave my car unlocked, with the key inside, so anyone could drive off with it. Luckily I had arrived at 2:55 pm, when he was leaving the premise and when he saw that I was there, he begrudgingly backed up and explained his service, with no explanation as to why he was planning on leaving my car there unlocked with the key inside. I had dropped it off at 10am that day and asked if it would take 4 hours to install. He said it would take a couple and he would call me. After four hours I called him (2pm) and he said he would have it done soon. He then called me at 2:35 letting me know it was done. I immediately left my home to go get it and arrived at 2:55 , he had said the latest I could get it was 3 pm. If I was going to be late, I would have def called him but I saw I had time. His behavior during all exchanges was beyond rude, I considered not leaving my vehicle there after the first 10 minutes of talking to him, and should have listened to my gut. It is also interesting that he choses to respond to negative reviews here with what looks like out of control rage and all caps, which I expect he will do to this review as well and was almost afraid to post with my full name, but thought it was important for people to read so they don't have to have parts of their car damaged and so they don't have to risk their car being stolen.

Tony’s not the best conversationalist. But max and his wife are the coolest people I’ve met a long time . Don’t mind Tony and don’t ask him a ton of questions.

Best shop experience I’ve ever had. Tony did an insurance repair perfectly for a fraction of the insurance company estimate and did it on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule which he totally didn’t have to do. Awesome customer service, I’ll definitely be a return customer and recommend to all my friends and family. 4/25 Another amazing customer service experience with Tony, way above and beyond. I had an issue with my interlock company not wanting to honor the rebate they had offered me before signing their lease. Tony being vendor for the company just simply said to conference him in on the call like it was no big deal and he'd take care of it which he did. This was after I had talked to multiple customer service reps at the interlock company and got the company line and run a round for weeks. Tony fixes it in a matter of minutes and saved me a hundred dollars. I can't say enough good things about the work done and the effort taken to make me a repeat customer. Like I said before, friends and family will definitely be coming here for now on.
