Auto Glass Now Introduce

Auto Glass Now, situated at 2245 W University Dr STE 1, Tempe, AZ 85281, USA, functions as an "Auto Repair Stations" establishment, with a specialized focus on auto glass repair and replacement services. This location aims to serve the Tempe community by addressing a wide array of vehicle glass needs, from minor chips to full windshield replacements, which are critical for both vehicle safety and structural integrity.

The services offered by Auto Glass Now are comprehensive within the realm of auto glass. Their primary offerings include windshield repair, windshield replacement, and side and rear car window repair. A crucial service, especially for modern vehicles, is ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) calibration, which ensures that safety features such as lane departure warnings and adaptive cruise control function correctly after a windshield replacement. They also provide mobile auto glass services, allowing technicians to perform work at a customer's home or office, offering a layer of convenience. Auto Glass Now emphasizes using high-quality glass and adhering to safety standards, promoting a reliable and durable repair. They also highlight their ability to work with various insurance companies, assisting customers in navigating the claims process.

The environment at Auto Glass Now, as perceived through customer feedback, presents a mixed picture. While the company aims for a professional setting, customer interactions reveal inconsistencies. One customer had a positive experience with a corporate representative who was helpful and professional, providing correct contact information and facilitating a transfer to the local store. This suggests that at a broader corporate level, there is a focus on customer service. However, the experience at the local Tempe store was less favorable. The local store representative was described as "irritated" when asked for a time frame for replacement and did not offer a polite closing, indicating a less welcoming or customer-friendly demeanor at the local level. Another review details a critical issue where a technician allegedly broke the molding during a windshield repair, promised a new part, and then the company failed to follow up, subsequently claiming the part wasn't covered. This type of experience suggests an environment where accountability and follow-through can be problematic, potentially leading to frustration and additional costs for the customer. While the physical facility may be well-maintained, the operational customer service environment appears to be inconsistent.

The features that Auto Glass Now promotes include speedy service, often promising same-day or next-day appointments, a price match guarantee, and a no-hassle lifetime warranty on their work against glass defects or issues related to their original installation. They also highlight their experienced technicians and their adherence to industry safety standards. For instance, the company website mentions "cutting-edge training" for technicians and using "highest quality OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) manufactured automotive glass." However, the customer reviews provided highlight challenges in the delivery of these advertised features. The complaint about a broken molding not being covered and the lack of follow-up on a promised part directly contradict the "no-hassle lifetime warranty" and commitment to complete service. The interaction with the local store's staff member regarding a timeframe also suggests that the promise of efficient and clear communication, a key feature in a positive service experience, may not always be met.

From a promotional standpoint, Auto Glass Now, as a national brand, likely utilizes various channels such as online advertising, local promotions, and partnerships with insurance providers. Their messaging typically emphasizes convenience, affordability, quality materials, and strong warranties to attract customers. The company website promotes its "30+ years in the auto glass industry" and its commitment to "get you back on the road in no time." They also highlight their ability to "manage your insurance claim." While these are appealing propositions, potential customers should be aware of the experiences shared in the provided reviews. The negative accounts, such as being left with a broken part and no follow-up, or encountering rude staff, act as a significant counter to the positive promotional messages. For local users in Tempe, it is important to consider both the company's advertised benefits and the real-world experiences of other customers when making a decision about their auto glass repair needs.

Auto Glass Now Customer Reviews

Technician Jose had great customer service and does great work. The corporate lady that I spoke to was wonderful, I had the incorrect number for the local business. Not only did she provide me with the correct number in case disconnected but transferred me to the local store. The local store wasn’t so great, irritated that I was asking for a time frame for replacement since it was already noon and I did not receive a call in the morning with time provided. Pretty sure she doesn’t like people to call, didn’t even say bye or anything.

Do not use this place, windshield was cracked, AGN came out to fix but the guy broke the molding that covers windshield so he said he had to order the new part and would be back the next day. Its been a week now so I called and they tell me the molding wasn't covered. But the car had molding to begin with so I guess this business comes in tear up your stuff, never call you back then tell you parts are covered under insurance, classic dick move.

Went to get my window fixed after a golf ball broke my back window . They replaced the window in three days , but they replaced it wrong and refused to return any calls for about 4 days I had to call about 40 times just to get through to them . I was not able to lock my car due to them installing the window incorrectly so my car was unlocked for about a week with a couple thousand dollar system in the trunk just for anyone to grab . So after a week long they finally send someone out to fix the wiring in the back window took him about 15 mins when the finally did come out . But the worst part of it all when the replaced my back window the stole my Hawaii license plate that was sitting in the back window Yes, on the shop that I got my window fixed and refuse to return my call or reimburse me so I can purchase another plate . Ridiculous store ran by children needs to be investigated. Thanks for taking the time to read please do not go there save yourself the trouble .

Very professional and an absolute best price available anywhere and they came to me in Hidden Valley, Maricopa. Great price, professional, neat and clean and on time don’t hesitate to use them. You’ll be happy. Today was my second windshield I had to have replaced pay out of your pocket it is not worth going through insurance the windshield was below my deductible and wouldn’t use anyway as I don’t want any strikes on my policy. Once again great work and not rushed to get it done.

Had to come back a separate time to calibrate the camera because equipment didn’t work properly the first time. Had to ask for my insurance info at least 4 times. The technician was nice.
