Not only did they quickly take care of my tire issue, but they also went above and beyond by checking my oil to make sure my car was in good shape for the rest of my trip. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming—I felt genuinely cared for, not just as a customer but as a person. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. This location has been amazing when it comes to service. They were very easy to work with for an after hours drop off and got the tires I needed and installed in no time. Another time they patched a tire with a nail in it in under an hour no questions asked. If you ever have any issues with your wheels and tires please come have these guys work on your problems.

My wife and I purchased tires from American Tire Depot (ATD), in a different town. My wife noticed a nail in the tire, so we went to ATD. They fixed the nail, and they shared with us about the poor status of our tires. This turned out to be true. ATD gave a reasonable quote for replacing all four tires. When we purchased our tires, they initially over charged us, so we went back the next.day to address it. ATD made the correction. We received honest service at a reasonable price, which in my opinion is worthy of a five star rating. Yes, I will be a returning customer.

Just a walk-in for a general inspection before a weekend trip. They found many things that needed attention but understood that because of the age and mileage on the car (215,000) they understood I didn’t want to put a lot of money into it. They replaced 2 tires and I felt satisfied that the car was safe for one more long trip.

Fast, professional, and affordable service! I came in on my lunch break to get my two front tires balanced and was really impressed. They were extremely polite and professional from the moment I arrived. I was given an estimated turnaround time of 2 hours, but they had me back on the road in about an hour and a half. The best part? The total cost was under $45—way better than the $150 quote I got from Tesla to do the same job. Not only did they save me money, but they also fixed the vibration I was feeling at high speeds. I’ll definitely be coming back here when it’s time to replace my tires!

Had some nails in two tires and the team was so helpful. Fernando did the service and filled up our spare tire and really went above and beyond. Enrique and team at check-in/out were friendly and I didn’t feel pressured to spend more than I needed, it felt like they were looking out for us. Will absolutely return. Thanks!

Came in today to replace my two rear tires. I came in with no appointment and they took me right in. The service only took an hour. There’s no waiting room at the moment due to a fire. Despite not having an office, their quality of service was excellent. I thought the team was very helpful and efficient. I was comfortable and they were very informative, specifically Matthew. They also cover a multitude of services outside of replacing tires. Highly recommended.
