Love all the employees here! I have been coming to this location for almost two years and have meet everyone here. They are all amazing! I honestly can’t favorite any of them because they all are beyond 5 star workers!! Plus the warranty coverage this company has definitely relieves a lot of stress!! I will always continue to support this place and refer every person I meet or know to come to this place or company!

I was in my very rarely used vehicle and the tire light popped on cuz the weather had turned cold This particular set of tires was not purchased at American tire although my other vehicles were. They were close and I swung in they check the air and told me everything looked good no questions other than what's my phone number and have I been a customer before. It might sound weird but as somebody who has injuries right now being able to drive in and have a competent person check my air pressure and put my valve stem cover caps back on correctly and tightly was really refreshing in this day and age. American tire has been a go-to for me for most of my car tires but on my truck I like to run slightly oversized they are not fond of running oversized tires yet they filled them up with air no problem. That's what you get in corporate stores rules that they have to live within but other than that this place is been great to me over the last four or five years and this is a new outlet location I have used Clovis Stockton and Fresno now and have no hassles getting service for the things I have purchased at other stores. It's nice to get good service in 2024 Pat's off America's tire on West Shaw Fresno California!

I have been a member since 2013 and I must say, America's tire is the best tire shop I have been to. Their customer service is great, they are knowledgeable and their service is guaranteed. One of my tires popped once and it happen soon after I purchased it, they replaced it for free, I know it seems like common sense they should replace it but you will be surprised to find out other might not have replace it, (speak from experience).the staff looks young but they really know what they are doing.

I've never had such a great experience buying tires until today. I went in to get a flat tire repair. The worker inspected my tires and let me know they were going to need to be replaced soon. He showed me why they needed to be replaced. I decided to get them that day, and the worker was very kind and patient in showing me different types of tires and their prices. They explained very well the benefits of each different type of tire. Excellent service 10/10.
