This was the second time I've used this location for damage on my car. Both times, I have gotten my car back in a reasonable amount of time. My car looks new again. I will only use this location for any repairs. Thank you for taking such good care of my car.

I had repairs made to the front fender of my vehicle following an accident and was connected with Fix Auto Fresno (West) via AAA. The staff at Fix Auto very knowledgeable and professional, maintained excellent communication via phone and texts throughout the repair process, and did a first rate job in my vehicle. The front fender looked like nothing had ever happened to it and the paint was perfectly matched. They even washed and vacuumed my vehicle! I was very satisfied with my experience at Fix Auto!

Fix auto did a amazing job repairing my truck. They were very detailed in finding what need to be fixed, contacting me and keeping me updated on parts and what portion of the repair was being done . I didn't mind the wait time cause that tells me they take attention to detail making sure it gets fixed right and everything is how it should be. Staff is very friendly and informative from the get go. Overall fix auto is above a 5 star auto body .

Could not be any happier with all aspects of dealings with Fix Auto. From estimate to completion of repairs, which were completed 2 days earlier than originally projected. All employees I had contact with were extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional.
