I highly recommend the Alpha Towing company. We were stuck in the middle of the road during a torrential downpour. Thomas from Alpha Towing showed up quick and got us out. Thomas and his team were kind, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. Thomas took great care of my vehicle and got it to my house without incident. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this towing service if you are in need.

These guys just rescued us from an extremely dangerous position on interstate 26. Multi car accident due to road wash out. One guy wasn't even on the clock. These guys deserve some incredible praise for their professionalism. Best towing experience I've ever had.

Best service ever! Our tire blew out on 85N and as I was on the phone with my roadside assistance, Joey was helping a car on the shoulder ahead. He backed up right away to see if he could help us too. He was so kind - he put the spare on and got us right back on the road. If he had not offered his help we’d still be sitting there for at least an hour waiting for the other driver, so I am forever grateful!!

I had to have my car towed home today because I hit something in the roadway and cracked my oil pan. The tow truck driver I believe his name was Chris from Alpha towing was awesome. He took great care when hooking up and towing my car. I would highly recommend if you need your vehicle towed to contact this company they did a great job. Thanks again Chris and Alpha towing for getting my car home.

Thank you. THANK YOU! If I hadn't found Alpha, I didn't have other respectable options for at least a few days. Van work I had done 4 days(!) ago left me stranded at a drop. Saturday didn't leave me a lot of options. Researched and called around. Melissa was one of the few who picked up the phone. She was very helpful, even though it looked like Alpha wouldn't be the ones for the job. Being unfamiliar with the area, I called back since references fell through. I ended up speaking with Ted, the owner. It ended up working out. Michael, who who volunteered off-time, came and picked me up and was able to do the work himself. Another driver, Ryan, joined us at the shop just because. Everything was cordial, helpful, informative, and communicated clearly. In speaking with each of them, I could tell they enjoyed their work and working with eachother, while providing great service. I wouldn't be in my van if I'd found work and a culture like this, frankly. Thank you Michael, Melissa, and Ted. Y'all have a great team and culture. If I speak with anybody or am in the area again myself, I'll definitely send them your way if they need assistance. Wish you nothing but the best!
