100% Honest business! Short story is that we came in while on a road trip for an emergency water pump swap (at least we thought) the issue was smaller than we thought! And they did a great job with everything! Super fast!

Super thankful for all the guys at Gray’s Auto! Efficient service with the kindest staff! Had to drop off my Nissan Sentra to get my spark plugs replaced and unfortunately didn’t have a ride to bring me back home or back to the shop- I live close by the shop and Bo offered to drive me home and back to pick up my car when it was done. Very fair pricing and honest work. Will definitely trust them with my future auto repairs and maintenance!

Will never come back here again. I brought my car in to get the AC fixed in April and they put in a new compressor. A couple weeks later I took it back because it was making a lot of noise, to which they responded that's normal that's just the compressor running. Once it got hot in June, I realized the AC was not working as well as it should. I took it in again and the other brother said the compressor was noisy and shouldn't sound like that and that he wasn't sure where his brother had gotten that compressor from. I was told to bring it back in the following Monday morning. When I called Tuesday around noon, they said they hadn't even looked at it yet. They called me back and told me the compressor needed to be replaced again and that it would be ready on Wednesday. They called telling me it was ready at 3pm and I said I was coming to pick it up soon. I get there at 4:50pm and the place it closed. There's no key box and I didn't get a call or anything. Have to uber home and back in the morning again which is now 4 Ubers that I should not have had to buy. On top of that, I go to my car on the lot, and it's unlocked. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and just bad. Don't go here.

I brought my car here on a Wednesday after it broke down and this was the closest place, I waited 6 days with no phone call. So, the next Tuesday I called for an update and they told me that my car was too "filthy" for them to work on. 6 days with no phone call with this information and my car was not even that dirty. I didn't plan on it breaking down and I am full time employee, student and parent so sorry my car is not spotless! After learning this information I decided they did not deserve any of money and had to pay another automotive service to tow my car to their place. I called Gray's and asked for a supervisor and gave them a chance to make it right before leaving a review here and by word of mouth, they said they didn't feel the need to do anything.

Ricky and his dad and brother run a great shop! Our car broke down, driving through the area. Ricky had our car back on the road within 24 hours! Honest people, great service and very reasonable price!
