Based on the limited customer reviews, the features of Allegiance Mobile RV Services LLC present a mixed picture. One customer recounts a negative experience involving a diagnostic fee for an inverter problem that was allegedly misdiagnosed, leading to frustration and the perception of fraudulent behavior and incompetence. This review highlights concerns about diagnostic capabilities and billing practices when a problem is not accurately identified.

Conversely, another customer had a very positive experience, stating that Allegiance was recommended for warranty service and praising the owner, Pat, for accommodating a tight schedule, inspecting their 5th wheel, receiving parts promptly, and getting them back on the road. This reviewer places Allegiance at the top of their recommendations based on extensive experience with other RV technicians. This positive feedback underscores their potential for efficient service and effective communication, particularly in dealing with warranty-related repairs and working under time constraints.

The stark contrast in these two reviews suggests that while some customers have had excellent experiences with Allegiance Mobile RV Services, others have encountered significant issues, particularly concerning diagnostic accuracy and billing. Potential local users should be aware of this mixed feedback when considering their services.

Regarding promotional information, the provided text does not contain any specific promotions being offered by Allegiance Mobile RV Services LLC. However, mobile RV service providers might attract customers by emphasizing the convenience of on-site service and potentially offering competitive pricing compared to traditional RV repair facilities that require towing or transportation. They might also offer discounts for first-time customers, seasonal maintenance packages for RVs, or special rates for customers within a certain radius of their base in Salem.

Given the positive mention of their recommendation by Brinkley RV for warranty service, Allegiance Mobile RV Services LLC may have established relationships with RV manufacturers or dealerships, which could be a significant benefit for owners of those brands. This suggests a level of trust and competence recognized within the RV industry.

For local RV owners in the Salem, OR area, Allegiance Mobile RV Services LLC offers the convenience of on-site repair and maintenance. The positive review indicates the potential for efficient and effective service, particularly for warranty-related work. However, the negative review raises concerns about diagnostic accuracy and billing practices in cases where the issue is not immediately clear. Potential customers may want to inquire about their diagnostic process, fees, and warranty policies upfront to ensure transparency and manage expectations. It might also be beneficial to seek additional reviews or references to get a broader understanding of their service quality and reliability.

In conclusion, Allegiance Mobile RV Services LLC provides a mobile Auto Repair Station option for RV owners in Salem, OR, offering the convenience of on-site service. While one customer highly recommends them for their efficient and effective work, particularly in the context of warranty service, another reports a negative experience with diagnostic capabilities and billing. Allegiance Mobile RV Services LLC Customer Reviews

This guy is a complete fraud. I called him about an inverter problem and he’d charge me a $250. diagnostic fee which I was fine with. The problem is he had no clue what he was doing and couldn’t diagnose the issue. He kept saying it was the batteries, then he thought it was the trumacombi, then he thought it was the cold weather. I just wish he’d been honest from the start and told me that he didn’t know what he was doing. It would have saved me time and the trouble of finding another company to come out and fix it properly. The sad part is he still charged me $250 for no real services rendered. Stay Away from this guy! Update: This guy keeps changing his response to make himself look good. The fact is he keeps trying to make it sound like I had a problem with the Diagnostic fee. I did not, the problem I have is that he had no clue what he was doing to start with hence no proper diagnosis could ever be made by him. I shouldn’t have been charged a diagnostic fee he was incapable of making. That’s part of this guys scam, charge a $250. For no diagnosis. I told him from the start I was having inverter problems and even sent him a picture of it before he even showed up. He keeps putting of all this smoke screens about batteries and trumacombi, the cold weather etc. the fact is he knew form the start it was a problem with the inverter, he didn’t know what he was doing and couldn’t diagnose the issue but still wanted paid for providing no service. Just be honest with your customers when you can’t diagnose a problem but also don’t charge them junk fees for a service not provided. Scam Artist!

This RV service was recommend to us by Brinkley RV for warranty service. The owner Pat, who had worked with Brinkley in the past, got us in under a tight schedule. He inspected our 5th wheel and received the parts in time to get us back on the road. We have worked with a lot of RV techs and Allegieance is at the top of our recommendations.
