Today I went in for my first oil change in the new accord at firsti was annoyed because I was told I had to wait 2 to 3 hours with having appointment luckily my service advisor was Pedro Cazarez he made the process go by a little bit faster. He made sure that I was good and if I need a ride home from the transport van but anyway he was very kind and soft spoken and was very apologetic which I knew it wasn’t his fault for the wait but he was very understanding. So thank you for that and taking care of my vehicle. And then letting me know everything they done to the vehicle was a good feeling and letting me know when I need to come back. Thanks again

I’ve been going to airport Marina Honda since 2018 and I’ve had plenty great experiences and a couple not so great experiences, but for this review it’s for my most recent experiences there with Pedro. He is one of kind! Super helpful going above and beyond… I have a couple Hondas that have had recall issues and he was thoughtful enough to suggest I request financial help, since the whole repair wasn’t covered so I did and that was huge. Apart from that he’s super attentive, knowledgeable, does great with updates, and is thoughtful. I love going somewhere and feeling taken care of. I’ve dealt with probably all the service people at some point or another, but he’s #1!!! 💯

Horrible experience. I made an appointment for a recall, oil change and tire rotation. They told me wait time was going to be up to 5 hours. About 3 hours later my car was ready but they didn't tell me until way after I asked. They only did the oil change and the rest they claimed they didn't have the parts. I totally understand that but then wait they kept me waiting? They could've told me they didn't have the parts. They claimed they were new employees but how hard is it for someone to tell me " hey the car is ready" or it has to be someone experienced?
