Great place to get parts when you need them fast! There were only two team members in the store and they were getting busy with phone calls. In spite of that, they were able to multitask and I was able to pick up the part I ordered without delay.

Every store I’ve gone in the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. They don’t make you feel like an idiot because you’re a guy and don’t know how to change something out of your car. And they have a wide selection and variety of parts.

DM Darrell was very knowledgeable and professional with the replacement and installation of my car battery. He had myself and my little one, in and out within 10 mins flat. Highly recommended!

I don’t go there often but I have been there 3-4 times in the last 6 months. Every single time the employees are super helpful and kind. Specifically Mandy. She went out of her way to help put my battery in my car; which was definitely not an easy task. I drive a BMW and they can be very difficult to deal with. She was adamant about helping me out. Needless to say she did a wonderful job and I am so grateful for her. I called about a month ago for some information and the girl on the phone handed me to the manager on duty, Charles. He was super helpful and went out of his way to look up parts for me and gave me prices. He then said he would help me with my car at their store, if needed. Was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Every single employee there is stellar that I have come across. Thank you all for what you do! 10/10

Placed order (and payed for it) online for store pick up. Arrived to find store employees had literally just given my order to someone else and there was nothing they could, or would, do about it. General manager of the store, Ben Crawford, who was called when store employees didn't know how to handle the situation, essentially blamed me for the situation and threatened to call the police to remove me from the store for causing a scene (I was not, I just wanted my parts or my money back). The person who was accidentally given my order called the store while I was speaking to the GM to say they'd received the wrong parts and would be returning them. If this hadn't happened, I'm afraid I'd have spent all day there trying to convince them that they made a mistake. Or maybe the GM would have made good on his threats and called the police to have me removed. Ultimately, after an hour of protestation, I received a refund, a $25 gift card, and an apology from the GM. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again.
