I came to this auto parts store at 3:50 PM and they close at 4PM on Saturdays. The door was locked and I wasted a trip because they wouldn't let me inside with 10 minutes to 4PM. I will never ever be bringing my business here again after wasting a trip to come here today 3/15/25

Stuck with a $145 uneeded brake rotor because of a 45 day return policy and a busy schedule that doesn’t work well with their limited hours of operation. If something is sealed in a box and customer has the receipt, why would you not be able to return it in 50 days, but 45 days is fine. Sometimes policies should be adjusted if you want to keep customers, rude old man.

Extremally happy and well always be my first pick! Mr. Ronald Made me and my father feel like (No matter what the issue was with the car, he'll make sure to help.)

Dale was an absolute gem! He was so friendly in helping me make sure my wipers were the right fit for my car, and even helped me install them! I'll definitely be back when I need help with my car again!
