I dont usually go to auto parts stores, but I wanted to wash my car, so I stopped in and started picking things out, the basic do-it-yourself car wash items. I was about 60$ in when I noticed a 25$ bundle for car wash items and asked the staff person about the deal. She explained what it was and walked me to every item that was included. I was very satisfied!! I saved over 30$ and got quality stuff. So shout out to Edna T, who thoroughly helped me on my visit.

I am so imrpressed with Steve and his crew, friendly nice and efficient. I mean no issues great service and parts no issues very honest and very much has integrity. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees.

I'm always returning my "Try Before You Buy" Amazon clothing if they don't fit, so I'm here often for returns. The staff is always kind and quick getting me in and out.

In march i had to get a new left caliper for my car the lady working at the counter messed it all up and ended up ringing me up right. Well the caliper was defective so I had to warranty it. Well long story short to present day. The caliper failed so I had to warranty it again. The computer was still showing the right caliper even thought it was the left due to the messed up inventory earlier in the year. But they gave me the correct caliper after 3 trips to the store today. Then I swap them out and bring to old one back to get my money back for the warranty and they they play dumb like the don’t remember me just in the store and the inventory being messed up. So now I have to make a 5th trip back to the store in the morning with the manager is there. All because earlier in the year a worker messed up the inventory in the system earlier in the year and rang me up for a different caliper. If they would have just done it right the first time. I’m beyond livid with my experiences with the store I have had nothing but issues even with other parts.
