Employee stated that the item would work out of box, but when it didn’t and came back they said “ “ “ohhh you have to charge it” going back on what they said. As well as wouldn’t let me return it after they guaranteed me that it would work. I spoke to the manager, And even though his employees said something different, they still would not accept the return. I was gone for less than 10 minutes. It was just a battery jump box. I come here often. I really don’t appreciate feeling like I’ve been hustled. I guess you live when you learn.

Well just our luck the wiper came off the truck today in the heavy rain today so now she is out of $65.00 for wipers and she can not get them replaced because she doesn't have them to use for lifetime warranty. Advance Auto Parts doesn't rate a one star with me. O'Reilly has better warranty

Nice friendly people, the store always seems to be neat, clean, and in orderly fashion. One fall back is it seems that there computer system is slow. The associates seemed to have problems finding the right parts i needed, but they did finally locate them, the prices are reasonable.

excellent service. short wait. good price. had what I needed. what more can you ask for? hmm.... a tip from the app, I'm supposed to describe the atmosphere. I would call it early repair. what I ordered? spark plugs. did I like it? well, they were a bit crunchy, but seemed to soften if you add some 5w30. end of suggestions.

Don't go here to get your alternator or starter or anything else tested. Sure Preston tried to give me a jump start when it didn't work He kept telling me my battery was bad but I know it's not my battery because when I put a new battery in there it drains it immediately as well. plus my battery is still on warranty with Walmart but I still would have liked to have my starter and alternator checked which is what I originally wanted to do but Preston was set on my battery. (I had already troubleshot the battery on the previous day. This has been something I have been dealing with.) Mind you I am not from around here and don't know a soul in town. The local Police sat across the street the entire time watching as I struggled to get someone to give me a jump start. I had my own cables my jump box was just dead. Once Preston knew I wasn't buying a battery he was completely done with me. I still need to buy some things from a part store as well as do an oil change and I am here working from out of town so Wednesday when I get paid and I invest in the parts and stuff I need to fix my vehicle Needless to say Advanced Auto Parts will not be getting my business. Because as soon as Preston was gone and they were closed up. I walked down to ideal gas station and the manager down there was closing his store and thankfully for him he took his time out and came and gave me a jump. In 5 minutes or less we had jumped my vehicle my truck was started and I was headed down the road. I pray Preston's poor service and unwillingness to hear what his customer needed before he left her in the down pour (yes it was pouring rain outside) to go home when had he not been trying to get the your battery is defective you need to buy a new one game on me he would have made a ton more money off me I am sure.
