Chris at Elm Rd Advance Auto in Warren Ohio really went above and beyond to help me with parts and prices for two different vehicles. I cannot tell you how refreshing to talk with someone with patience on getting the Right part and prices for them. Very informative and patient to making sure I was getting EXACTLY what I needed. Unlike another local store of another company on. Parkman Rd. not wanting to talk with me because it was within ten minutes of closing. If you do not take care of your customers, you may not have a business. Go to Elm Rd. Advance Auto. They will take care of you and more importantly give you the right part and information that you need. Customer service is definitely their priority. Thank you again CHRIS for ALL YOUR HELP.

They greet you as you walk through the door, And ask, "Do you know what you're looking for?" You can shop on your own, Which we know is sometimes nice, Or go to them for their expert advice, All I can say is that Advance Auto Parts is a great place, They have a lot of stuff and at a very reasonable rate, Got a lot more for my money, which we all know is great, So now I can take her out and grab a nice steak. ,
